Everyone wants to Attract quality people into your MLM Opportunity. The fact is that you attract into your reality exactly what you are and how others feel about you and your leadership abilities. No matter what it is that you do in your life, you require other people to make you life successful and worthwhile.
I have learned from my friend and mentor, Jeffery Combs, that the most essential element for success for entrepreneurs is learning how to attract people that will continually bring joy into your life.
If you take a look at any successful entrepreneur and you listen to their story, you will undoubtedly find that if they did not have the appropriate direct support, they found a way to mentor successful people around them. 1) Work on you self-esteem.
A negative self image is very obvious and will only attract negative people. Attracting the people you want will always begin with you. Look in the mirror and ask yourself, why would I want to connect with you? Realize that you attract to your reality exactly who you are.

2) The first Impression:
Multiple studies have shown that a person decides whether they are going to join your opportunity within the first 10 seconds or less. What do they say about first impressions? If that is true, then it really doesn’t matter what your opportunity is, what the compensation plan is or how cool is your slide show.
The decision to join is based upon you and your prospects perception of you. That is usually quite a revelation for most people. If you talk to anyone in Network Marketing, you will hear how they have the best this and the best that. IT DOESN’T MATTER.
Evidence of this is that you will see dramatically successful people in every MLM company. So the objective evidence is that the opportunity does not matter. Only you and your attraction qualities matter.
3) Body Language:
More than 60% of communication is non-verbal. So the way you carry yourself and present yourself is more important than what you say. Everyone is so concerned with exactly what and how you say your clever lines. What is more important is how you come across with your posture. You can’t fake how you carry yourself.
4) Work on Listening.
You should spend about 80% of your time listening to what people mean, not just what they say. By listening you will uncover peoples beliefs, attitudes, viewpoints, past experiences, and expectations.
I always say that in order to successful, you have to act that way first. The attitude comes before the millions.
