So you want to build your Network Marketing business online? You want to be able to connect with the world from the comfort of your office or bedroom or whatever. The goal of course is to get people to find you through attraction marketing techniques and of course see you as a leader and then sign up into your organization.
There may be something that you are forgetting. You can not fake being a leader. You are either a leader or you are not. You can not attract people to your organization without some degree of personal power combined with taking action. It is not hard to sign up for a great sales funnel and a wonderful online marketing system to generate leads. I can show you the best system on the internet, but even with the best system, you will have problems and probably quit if you do not desire your success enough. So, as I said, having a great system is one thing. It is another thing to develop a relationship with your leads and turn them into team members. No marketing system will do that for you.
You will notice that I said team members and not reps. If you truly want to use Network Marketing to create a long term residual income you have to build a team. That does not mean simply signing up reps. Each person signs up for their own reasons and to capture the picture that your opportunity has painted in their head. Of course, the better you can paint a picture, the bigger your team will be in Network Marketing.
Part of being a leader is LEADING. If you think you are a leader, try this… turn around and see who is following you. If no one is following you, you are not leading…. You are simply out for a walk.
There is an old saying that applies to Network Marketing that states, “Your organization will only grow as large as you grow.” Self development is an important part of your success in Network Marketing, but being able to help your team members with their self development is the secret to massive success in your downline.
For the most part, the Network Marketing Company you are in is not the secret to your success nor is it the reason for your failure provided you have joined a reputable company. You can have success with both online and offline techniques with any Network Marketing company although some are easier and more lucrative than others. The point is that as long as you believe in the product, you will be able to market your opportunity.
Do not fall into the trap of blaming one system of Marketing, one particular Company or one type of product for your failure. Network Marketing is an industry that is and will most likely be responsible for more millionaires than any other form of entrepreneurial endeavor. That doesn’t mean that it will be easy. It is, however, simple.
