If you’re in business and you do find it difficult to move ahead then these thoughts are for you. I’m going to share couple of ways of thinking that I embrace to help me stay positive and stay inventive as I get my business successfully running.
Listen to people that have a different point of view
You’ll have to use common sense here. But if you have struggled to a get in front then you have to have your particular way of seeing things challenged.
Shine light on those business blind spots
We all have them. Things we know we should know more about but we don’t have the resources. These are your blind spots. Marketing blind spots may be online marketing, mobile marketing, QR Codes, mobile websites, SMS marketing, or Local Search Optimization.
Go to YouTube and do some digging. Browse the videos people have put up explaining these subject areas.
Get informed
Accelerate your learning by becoming better at finding highly valuable content linked with areas that you want to get even more informed about.
How do you do this? Use Google to find out more about semantic search, social book marking and blogs.
Open a bookmark folder in your browser, one for each topic of interest. Put in two sub folders for ‘News ‘, ‘Tools ‘, ‘and Learning’. Use this bookmarking method to bring together online resources to help get more informed.
By doing these straightforward things you may become even more aware and ingenious as you look for new ideas to expand your business.
