If you have been looking at MonaVie as a Home-Based Business you need to study the Compensation Plan in order to determine whether you can generate the type of long term residual income you deserve.

There Compensation Plan is a Binary Plan that is very competitive but you need to know how the big income is made.

There are 8 ways to get paid.  The key is that less than 0.5% of people that join MonaVie are ever going to get through 5 of those payment options.

Here are the Pay Out Plans:

1) Direct Sales.  Buy Wholesale sell Retail.  (You will not get rich this way)

2) Bulk Order Bonus.  Your team or team members buys in Bulk and you receive bonus income

3)First Order Bonus.  Commissions on your personally sponsored members.

4)Star Maker Bonus.  If you sign up two Reps that become qualified you become a Star.  If you get your two to become Stars then you qualify for this bonus.

5) Binary Team Commissions.  You can obtain 10% CV (commissionable volume) of the weaker side of the binary.

6) Executive Match Bonus.  These are team bonuses paid out to 7 generations once you reach the Bronze Executive Level.

7) Leadership Bonus.  2.5% of the company GV is reserved for Blue Diamond Executives and above.

Multiple Business Centers.  Above Hawaiian Blue Diamond you are awarded a second Business Center above.

Let’s face it.  This is the most important part of any MLM Opportunity.  As long as you like the product, you really need to make sure that you can make money.  You need both upfront money to keep you in the game, as well as long term residual income in order to create the desired freedom long term.

The bottom line is,   How are you going to build your MLM Company in order to maximize the compensation plan.

In every MLM, the way you generate huge income is by generating a huge downline with significant product sales.

I can tell you that the Training that you receive in every MLM company is not very helpful or useful.  Not that they want you to fail but I believe that they really do not know any better. The techniques they use are stuck in the 80s and 90s.

Just like any Multi-Level Marketing Company, a whopping 95 – 97% of people are not going to have success. Just looking at the statistics about Network Marketing in general, the odds are not very good.. There are SIX steps to success in any MLM business opportunity and the people that fail have a deficiency with one or more of the steps below.

So you want to build your MonaVie business online? You want to be able to connect with the world from the comfort of your office or bedroom or whatever. The goal of course is to get people to find you through attraction marketing techniques and of course see you as a leader and then sign up into your organization.

There may be something that you are forgetting. You can not fake being a leader. You are either a leader or you are not. You can not attract people to your MonaVie organization without some degree of personal power combined with taking action.

It is not hard to sign up for a great sales funnel and a wonderful online marketing system to generate leads. I can show you the best system on the internet, but even with the best system, you will have problems and probably quit if you do not desire your success enough to become a leader. So, as I said, having a great system is one thing. It is another thing to develop a relationship with your leads and turn them into team members for your MonaVie Business. No marketing system will do that for you.

You will notice that I said MonaVie team members and not MonaVie reps. If you truly want to use Network Marketing to create a long term residual income you have to build a team. That does not mean simply signing up MonaVie reps. Each person will sign up for their own reasons and to capture the picture that your MonaVie opportunity has painted in their head. Of course, the better you can paint a picture, the bigger your team will be in your MonaVie Business.

Part of being a leader is LEADING. If you think you are a leader, try this… turn around and see who is following you. If no one is following you, you are not leading…. You are simply out for a walk.

There is an old saying that applies to Network Marketing that states, “Your organization will only grow as large as you grow.” Self development is an important part of your success in Network Marketing, but being able to help your MonaVie team members with their self development is the secret to massive success in your MonaVie downline.

For the most part, the Network Marketing Company you are in is not the secret to your success nor is it the reason for your failure provided you have joined a reputable company. You can have success with both online and offline techniques with any Network Marketing company although some are easier and more lucrative than others. The point is that as long as you believe in the product, you will be able to market your opportunity.

Do not fall into the trap of blaming one system of Marketing, one particular Company or one type of product for your failure. Network Marketing is an industry that is and will most likely be responsible for more millionaires than any other form of entrepreneurial endeavor. That doesn’t mean that it will be easy. It is, however, simple.

My MonaVie review shows the company is one of the fastest growing MLM companies in 2009.  It is also a company that is sparking some renewed Interest.  According to internet search data, MonaVie is up over 38% over the last year based upon Internet search counts.  That is huge in that it indicates that people are beginning to take a look at MonaVie.

Is that you?  Are you looking at MonaVie as a possible Home-Based Business Opportunity?  If you are, congratulations that is great because I’m here to tell you that based upon the available data and my research of the company, products, leadership and overall people that are entering MonaVie, this is a great opportunity.

With that said however, the next obvious point to make is ….

Are you able to build a MonaVie Business?

Think about that long and hard.  How are you going to build it?   You better have a good answer and a good plan because according to the company’s income disclosure sheet less than 1% will make it even half-way through the marketing plan.  Less than 1% of the reps will make less than $500 per week.

If you are someone that looks at the compensation package and decides that you are going to get to the top of the program, the fact is that there are only 7 people in MonaVie that have reached that level.  Only 7, that’s it.

The traditional methods may work eventually,  if you are immune to rejection, have time for  3 home meetings a week and you have an upline that

1) has a meeting system in place or you have enough personal power to set one up.

2) has a huge downline and can therefore pull you into momentum

3) Is motivated to help you and mentor you.

If you have this list of things, congratulations you are in a situation that is enviable, but there is still a much better and more efficient way.  How many people in the industry can say that they have all those things?  Well, not many.  I’m talking to the other 99+% of people.

This is not a problem with MonaVie.  In fact MonaVie statistics are not any different than most.  The problem is industry wide.  It’s the nature of Network Marketing.  No network marketing company in history has ever changed the fact that less than 1% of the people will earn a substantial income.  None.  I don’t care how good your company is, how awesome your compensation plan is, how you get paid.   It doesn’t matter.  Period.

There is space at the top however for those who want it bad enough.  Do you want it bad enough?  If not, stop reading and find something else.  I wish you nothing but success.  This business is not for everyone. If you do want it bad enough, then I will show you how to beat the system.

You do not have to duplicate yourself.  That is a fallacy.  But you can have a system that duplicates its success and creates an absolute windfall of growth.  Get ready because your upline will call you and ask you what the heck you are doing.  That is a fabulous feeling.  I know what it is like.
