My World Ventures review shows the company is one of the fastest growing MLM companies in 2009.  It is also a company that is sparking Interest.  According to internet search data, World Ventures is up almost 38% over the last year based upon Internet search counts.  That is huge in that it indicates that people are beginning to take a look at World Ventures.

Is that you?  Are you looking at World Ventures as a possible Home-Based Business Opportunity?  If you are, congratulations that is great because I’m here to tell you that based upon the available data and my research of the company, products, leadership and overall people that are entering World Ventures, this is a great opportunity.

With that said however, the next obvious point to make is ….   Are you able to build a World Ventures Business?  Think about that long and hard.  How are you going to build it?   You better have a good answer and a good plan because according to the company’s income disclosure sheet about 8 people in 100,000 will make it to the top of the marketing plan.  That’s 0.008%.  So, 99.992% don’t!  In fact, 99.7% don’t make it to a point where they can earn a residual income.

The traditional methods will work eventually,  if you are immune to rejection, have time for  3 home meetings a week and you have an upline that

1) has a meeting system in place or you have enough personal power to set one up.

2) has a huge downline and can therefore pull you into momentum

3) Is motivated to help you and mentor you.

If you have this list of things, congratulations you are in a situation that is enviable, but there is still a much better and more efficient way.  How many people in the industry can say that they have all those things?  Well, not many.  I’m talking to the other 99+% of people.

This is not a problem with World Ventures.  In fact World Ventures statistics are better than most.  The problem is industry wide.  It’s the nature of Network Marketing.  No network marketing company in history has ever changed the fact that less than 1% of the people will earn a substantial income.  None.  I don’t care how good your company is, how awesome your compensation plan is, how you get paid.   It doesn’t matter.  Period.

There is space at the top however for those who want it bad enough.  Do you want it bad enough?  If not, stop reading and find something else.  I wish you nothing but success.  This business is not for everyone. If you do want it bad enough, then I will show you how to beat the system.

There is a shift happening in the world of Network Marketing that involves the internet.  If you are reading this article you probably are in the process of evaluating how you can take advantage of the internet to build your World Ventures Business.  Welcome to the world of Internet Marketing strategies.

First, you should congratulate yourself. Here are some statistics that you may want to wrap your head around.  Roughly 90% of Network Marketers are not marketing their business on the Internet.  That percentage is changing but you are on the front end of that change, my friend. Of the 10% that are marketing on the internet, about 90% of them are doing it wrong.  Do you want to be in the top 1% of all Network Marketers on the planet, or what? If so, keep reading.  If not, go on doing what you are doing.  I wish nothing but success for you and hope it works out for you.

So where do you start? The beginning is always the best place.  This is not a get quick rich plan and it will not happen overnight.  If it was simple, everyone would be doing it, right?  I am writing to the few percent that are willing to step up and take responsibility for their success.  If that is you, then you and I are on the same page and you better buckle your seat-belt.

If you follow the plan below, you will, within the next few months, be generating 100s of high quality targeted leads for your business and getting paid to do it.  Rest assured that once that happens, there is no going back to doing home meetings and chasing family and friends, sorry!

This sets you up for two exciting developments.

b) The people you will recruit will be motivated Network Marketers. Shorter learning curve.

So how do you become an Internet Marketer.  Here are the 5 steps that changed my Network Marketing Business forever.

1)   Plug into a System.

Unless you are a seasoned internet marketer, there is a learning curve.  The best systems will show you how to get paid while you learn.  If you do this on your own, you will be reinventing the wheel and it will probably cost you as you learn no matter how motivated you are at succeeding.

2)    Create a Great Capture Page.

Ideally, the system above will show you how to do this and do it right.  If visitors are confused, frustrated or irritated by your page, they leave, never to return.

3)    Manage Your List.

This means you have to keep in touch, continue to provided valuable content,  and provide valuable training and materials.  This will keep them on your list because they see value in being on the list and it will solidify you as the expert in their eyes.

4)    Monetize Your Website.

You have to construct a “sales funnel” that will bring prospects through the system a step at a time and provide them with value and materials at each step.  This will provide you with commissions that will pay for your World Ventures Marketing Efforts.  This allows you to get paid on prospects that don’t even join your primary World Ventures business.

5)    Learn to Pick Up the Telephone.

No matter how good your system is, the business of Network Marketing in general and your World Ventures business involves people to people contact. No system will sign up your leads for you no matter how well it is constructed.  You will have to get out of your comfort zone and pick up the phone.  The unique thing is that picking up the phone with this system is a whole different story.  You are not pitching your business to these people, remember….  they left their phone number on your list for you to call them.  That is a new world for most people.

If this is done properly, the lead generation or attraction marketing program is a win-win scenario for both you and your list of people.   That is truly the only way to make it successful.

World Ventures popped up on the scene a few short years ago.  The plan was to apply one of the most powerful marketing tools on the planet,  Network Marketing, to the largest industry on the planet.  That combination should make anyone sit up and take notice.

In order to evaluate any Network Marketing company, one needs to look at 5 separate criteria and determine whether this is potentially the next “Amway”, as they claim.

Those 5 criteria are as follows:

1)Is this the right industry

2) Is this the right time

3) Is this the right company

4) Is the compensation plan right

5) Is the system or training they provide beneficial for me.

Let us briefly look at those 5 criteria.

The travel industry is the largest in the world.  It is an $8 TRILLION industry.  Yes that is Trillion with a “T”.   It is bigger than the next 3 industries combined.  That means if you took, Oil and Gas,  Health Care and the Automotive industry together, they would not even come close.  That is a huge statement.

Is this the right time?  Well, even though the industry is currently $8 trillion, it is projected to climb to $15 trillion over the next 10 years for one simple reason; the Baby Boomers.  They are retiring at a rate of over 10,000 per day.  They may want to Travel folks.  In fact since World Ventures began in 2005, the Travel industry has gone from $6 trillion to $8 trillion in arguably the worst economy in the last 40 years.  Ladies and Gentlemen, there is no other industry that can claim that type of growth, anywhere.

What about the company?  Even if the first two are ideal, it doesn’t do you a whole lot of good if the company isn’t one you want to be associated with over the long term, now does it?   Since it began in 2005, it’s growth has been pretty remarkable from an industry standard.  That may have something to do with the fact that in an $8 trillion industry, there is no other company that I can find that is doing anything similar.  The obvious question is then,  how much market share does this company need in order to become the next “Amway” .  Amway is an $8 billion dollar company.  That means that World Ventures would need to acquire about 0.1% Market Share!  In contrast, Starbucks had to acquire nearly 8% market share of a $100 billion industry in order to become an $8 billion industry..

Their first year in business they closed out at $15 million in sales.  Their second year they were at $50 million and in their third year,  close to $150 million.  That is 3 straight years of 300% growth.

Lets compare this to the Health and Wellness industry which is a $220 billion industry.  There are, by conservative estimates, somewhere between 3000 and 5000 Network Marketing companies fighting for a share of that pie and they account for about 30 – 40% of the industry.  If every one had an equal share that would cap out at $16 million per company.  (World Ventures in there third year is already at $150 million).  Now they don’t have an equal share obviously but I think you get my point.

There are a lot of big companies in travel, Expedia, Travelocity, Cheap Tickets, and Orbits etc.  Expedia, however, spent $8 million dollars in advertisements last year alone.  World Ventures with the use of their proprietary technology using their host company Rovia had an advertising budget of $0.   It gets even more interesting in that Rovia has been shown to find the cheapest price on travel about 70% of the time, compared with Expedia which is at 4%. This is based upon an independent review.

In my view, the company would have to be brain dead to not become a $1 billion dollar company.  They haven’t even hit their Momentum phase yet.   As I began to research the company I quickly realized that they are certainly not brain dead!

You always need to look at the compensation plan when evaluating a Network Marketing Company.  They use a binary plan and the pay out is very good.  The company pays out over 62% of their total revenue to their representatives.  That is pretty high for the Network Marketing industry.

Of course the products that a MLM company has are only the beginning. World Ventures certainly has put a lot of effort and money into their product. You still have to go out and Market the products; they are not going to do it for you.

Just like any MLM company, a large number of people are not going to have success. Just looking at the statistics about Network Marketing in general, the odds look bad. There are SIX steps to success in any MLM business opportunity and the people that fail have a deficiency with one or more of the steps below.

1) Define your goals and Make a Decision to Reach them (check out the link!)

2) Identify your “Target Market”.

3) Do Your Homework. Research long and hard my friends.

4) Know the Products and be sure your Target Market LOVES the product.

5) Get Effective Training

6) Find the Correct Mentors and do what they tell you.Don’t re-invent the wheel.

What I’ve given you so far in this article is a head start on the first 4 steps. You will of course need to fill in the blanks for yourself. I can tell you that the Training that you receive in every MLM company is horrendous. (World Ventures training appears to be some of the industries best, however.)  Not that they want you to fail but I believe that they really do not know any better. The techniques they use are “stuck in the 80s and 90s”.

If you want to cut down a large tree, you should use the sharpest axe you can find, spend 90% of your time making it sharper and then chop away… and never quit. That is assuming that you have fulfilled numbers 1 – 4 above. If you do not get effective training, you are trying to chop down the tree with a hammer. It may work eventually but its going to take forever.

Finding the correct mentors in this field is very difficult. I know, I’ve tried and fallen flat many times until…

The techniques that I currently use to build my MLM company, are a blueprint used by the best Marketers in the world and they WORK. The system not only works for you but they work for your entire team which is massive in its power.

If you have satisfied the requirements for steps 1 – 4, than I have found a system to help you explode through steps 5 and 6.
